Bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) clone containing the genome of human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) TR strain

Technology Overview The TR BAC was prepared from the TR clinical HCMV isolate. This virus is resistant to ganciclovir and cidofovir and lacks UL97 codons 591-594.
