Weatherford is a soft white winter wheat released by Oregon State University. This variety is resistant to stripe rust and foot rot, susceptible to take-all, and moderately resistant to cephalosporium stripe. In addition, it has good milling quality and average baking characteristics. Wheatherford wheat is available as an open release.
