The goal of this online course is to enable to identify sexual harassment behaviors, respond appropriately if they occur and prevent such behaviors in the future. Using a series of video vignettes, this course illustrates situations that might arise in specific environment and asks set of questions that are designed to present an understanding of sexual harassment. With this knowledge, one can help make an employer that is free of sexual harassment.
