Case ID:
Web Published:

Technology Description

OSU inventors, Dr.Chih-hung Chang, Doo Hyoung Lee and Yu-Jen Chang have developed simple and general routes to form high performance inorganic electronic materials( semiconductors, insulators, conductors and luminescent materials) that are suitable for digital fabrication.
This newly invented route could be implemented through a variety of processing techniques including digital fabrication techniques such as inkjet printing, gravure, micro-pen, nano fountain- pen or blanket coating techniques like screen printing, spray coating, slide coating, slot coating, curtain coating and spin coating.

Features & Benefits

  • Simple and very low cost precursors
  • Ability to make high-performance, uniform and continuous films through various digital fabrications
  • Applicable to make a large number of different compounds
